Requirements

  • Located in Mexico or Argentina
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Growth Marketing Expert: 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth, ideally within equity brokerage, trading platforms, or financial services
  • Paid Media Guru: Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid campaigns across social media (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.), programmatic advertising, and search engines (Google Ads, etc.)
  • Data-driven strategist: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, data science, and creative teams to align strategies and launch impactful campaigns
  • Effective Decision-Maker: A great decision-maker who can analyze complex data, prioritize key insights, and make data-driven decisions that drive measurable results and move the needle

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive user acquisition for Bitso’s retail product, focusing on scalable growth and ROI
  • Optimize campaigns across social media, programmatic advertising, and search engines to attract high-quality users
  • Design and implement SEO strategies in collaboration with content teams, driving execution focused on maximizing conversions
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy tailored to brokerage/investment audiences
  • Work closely with the product and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless user experience from acquisition to first trade
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, HubSpot) to create personalized onboarding campaigns and triggers
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with equity brokerage/investment users
  • Partner with the data science team to design, execute, and monitor A/B tests that optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and business growth metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with equity brokerage products, trading platforms, or investment services is a strong plus
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Experience designing and implementing strategies to improve user activation, retention, and revenue
