Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ yrs) in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles in fintech or financial services
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective growth marketing strategies that have driven significant customer acquisition and revenue growth with measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance-tracking
- Mature experience in campaign development, implementation, and optimization (end-to-end project management)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital platforms, CRM, analytics tools
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and equity in the market
- Ensure consistent messaging, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all marketing campaigns
- Engage in efforts that improve awareness, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Participate in initiatives that build better customer experiences
- Understand the customer lifecycle to ideate on initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value
- Address drop-off stages in the customer journey through marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Develop, collaborate (with Marketing, CST, and Operations), and implement retention strategies across marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Utilize market insights to devise marketing strategies that target specific customer segments effectively
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns, from concept development to implementation and performance analysis (end-to-end campaign management)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Identify, learn, and understand data and analytics to establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with teams to apply tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing, measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies and tactics
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead and mentor junior team member/s, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
