Summary
Join Wellhub's Partner team in Madrid as a Long Tail Acquisition Support Intern! This fully remote role focuses on supporting the seamless onboarding of new partners onto our platform. You will build and maintain accurate partner profiles, ensure data correctness, coordinate communication between teams, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and maintain organized records. Your work directly impacts the user and partner experience on the Wellhub app. This position offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to a high-growth tech company committed to employee wellbeing. Responsibilities
- Support the LT sales team in launching newly acquired partners, ensuring timely onboarding and availability on our platform
- Build and maintain accurate, high-quality partner profiles to enhance their presentation on the Wellhub app
- Verify and ensure the correctness of partner information to meet both internal quality standards and partner expectations
- Coordinate and align communication between sales, partners, and internal teams such as Partner Operations and Quality Assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding issues, ensuring a seamless experience for partners
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to partner onboarding and profile management
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in partner launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Knowledge of German
