Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Long Tail Acquisition Support Intern in Milan! This fully remote role supports the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth integration into the Wellhub platform. You will build and maintain accurate partner profiles, coordinate communication between teams, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English, and resides in Milan. Responsibilities
- Support the LT sales team in launching newly acquired partners, ensuring timely onboarding and availability on our platform
- Build and maintain accurate, high-quality partner profiles to enhance their presentation on the Wellhub app
- Verify and ensure the correctness of partner information to meet both internal quality standards and partner expectations
- Coordinate and align communication between sales, partners, and internal teams such as Partner Operations and Quality Assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding issues, ensuring a seamless experience for partners
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to partner onboarding and profile management
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in partner launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of German is a plus
