Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event activation, or brand management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple events and activations simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, and performance of all field activation programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives
  • Lead the organization and execution of sampling activities to build brand awareness and engage with consumers
  • Coordinate and oversee major sponsorship events, collaborating with partners to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement
  • Handle logistics, staffing, and on-site execution for multiple events simultaneously, ensuring flawless delivery
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence across all activations, reflecting the premium positioning of Botanic Tonics
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align activation strategies with broader business goals
  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines
  • Analyze activation performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in event and project management software and basic marketing tools is a plus
