Ad Content Creator

Summary

Join Kiva, a global nonprofit, as an Ad Content Creator for a 2-3 month remote contract project! As part of the Strategic Partnerships, Creative, and Communications (SPCC) team, you will create high-quality visuals for paid social media campaigns. You will collaborate with the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager and other designers, adapting designs for various formats and A/B testing. This project-based contract offers a base price of $200 per project (up to $350 for complex projects). Kiva is a remote-first organization offering a supportive environment and the chance to make a global impact. Only applicants authorized to work in the US are considered.

Requirements

• Have 2-4 years of agency or in-house creative studio experience
• Balance multiple projects with ease
• Be curious and strategic, always looking for the right design for the right audience
• Excel in distilling complicated concepts into stunning visuals
• Understand the nuances of designing for different channels and their different strategic needs all within the same campaign
• Have experience using Google suite and Figma
• Be familiar with designing and implementing design systems, specifically in Figma
• Have authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, on-brand visuals optimized for paid social media campaigns
• Develop variations of ads to support A/B testing and performance optimization
• Adapt designs for multiple formats, such as static images, carousels, and short-form animations
• Collaborate with Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and audience targeting
• Absorb Kiva's brand and use it to create new ways to engage and delight our audience

Possess video editing and animation skills
