Summary

This is a Monday-Friday position (10:00 AM to 02:00 PM AEST) offering an hourly rate of P430-P630. You will sell marketing campaign packages, manage data in Zoho CRM, handle customer service calls, create Excel reports, and assist with team coordination. The role requires 3+ years of administrative or customer service experience, proficiency in Zoho CRM and Excel, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM for data entry and report generation
  • Strong communication skills, both phone and email
  • Experience with Excel for reporting and data management

Responsibilities

  • Sell marketing campaign packages to clients at discounted rates
  • Input and update data in Zoho CRM, including sales and campaign reports
  • Manage phone calls and provide customer service
  • Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and campaign performance
  • Send phone numbers to team recruits and assist in team coordination
  • Email customers regarding promotions and updates
