Admin Assistant

Summary

Join ConnectOS, a top-rated Philippines employer, for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension as an Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for data integrity, customer information management, site information management, report management, and work order updates within the Simpro CRM system. This role requires 2-3 years of administrative experience, including email and database management, customer service, and invoice processing. Experience in the property market or maintenance services industries is also essential. Excellent communication skills and experience with CRM tools are required. Simpro experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data integrity - Updating duplicate sites / contacts / customers
• Customer information management - Contact details of property managers. Customer contracts relating to safety checks
• Site information management - Linking customer information and assets. Site contacts – Property Managers, Renters and Rental Providers
• Report management - Adding historical reports to sites and jobs. Emailing completed reports, invoices and quotes where relevant to property managers
• Work orders - Updating work orders to Simpro (could be as leads initially)
