Requirements

  • Strong understanding of property management, broker transactions, and financial oversight in real estate
  • Ability to work with high-net-worth principals and handle A+ hyper personalities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Buildium, AppFolio, and other real estate tools to maintain seamless operations
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, acquisition analysis, and financial reconciliation
  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or executive assistance, working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Experience using Buildium, AppFolio, Excel, and real estate financial tools
  • Familiarity with San Diego real estate laws and investment strategies
  • Ability to manage calendars, calls, and project-related tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of communication between the owner and property management team, ensuring all operations align with ownership’s directives
  • Track and manage key property management tasks, coordinate with tenants, vendors, and 3rd party contractors as needed
  • Review broker listing packages for multifamily deals, assist in acquisition analysis, and provide insights into the San Diego market
  • Implement technology solutions to improve communication, file organization, and streamline workflows
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, reconcile financials, and track rent delinquencies while ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Manage calls, calendars, and administrative tasks for the owner
  • Assist in marketing multifamily listings and tenant outreach strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with San Diego real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
