Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detail orientated, pro-active with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support for 4 business leaders in 3 time zones / 4 countries (UK, Netherlands, Spain, and Hong Kong)
  • Manage diary management and meeting scheduling - booking meetings, providing availabilities, rescheduling as needed
  • Using your skills in attention to detail and understanding of different leaders' diary boundaries to proactively manage availability (i.e. noticing clashes and ensuring they are dealt with well in advance)
  • Manage and process credit card expenses for the leadership team
  • Co-ordinate group travel for trade shows/conferences etc
  • Support the office management team on ad hoc tasks
