Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field
  • Strong background in administration (A/P, A/R, Procurement) within multinational companies, with solid experience managing processes such as invoicing, procurement, and compliance
  • Proven leadership ability to serve as a key reference within the Administration Team and across the company
  • Capable of building strong relationships across different departments and regions, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual support
  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving projects, priorities, and company goals, and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong analytical capabilities to oversee diverse processes
  • Energetic, self-driven, and confident, with a proactive approach to improving operations
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Led and inspired the Administration Team to achieve operational excellence, setting clear objectives and providing guidance across various functions
  • Oversee all activities and processes related to customer invoicing, inter-company invoicing, procurement, travel and entertainment, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) management, among others
  • Ensure that all administrative processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, implementing and managing strong internal controls
  • Lead the administration teamโ€™s involvement in the monthly and yearly accounting closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial records
  • Work closely with different departments across dLocal to provide support on acquisition processes, supplier and customer management, and resolving cross-functional issues
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and propose strategic cost-saving initiatives that align with company goals, helping to optimize operational costs
