Responsibilities

  • Manage back-office tasks, including organizing and maintaining files, documents, and databases
  • Handle emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Collect, analyze, and store data relevant to real estate operations, investor groups, and market trends
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor groups, coordinating communications and meetings
  • Provide direct support to Matt Shaw, assisting with day-to-day operations and special projects
  • Utilize industry-specific software, including CoStar, LoopNet, MLS, Realmax CRM, and DTX, to manage real estate listings, track leads, and generate reports
