Requirements
- A highly organized professional with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Self-driven with the ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and anticipate the CEOβs needs
Responsibilities
- Be the primary support for the CEO by managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day communications
- Help maintain an organized inbox and prioritize critical emails
- Lead project coordination, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks stay on track
- Create reports, presentations, and other materials for executive discussions
- Arrange travel, plan events, and assist with special projects as needed
