Responsibilities

  • Be the primary support for the CEO by managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day communications
  • Help maintain an organized inbox and prioritize critical emails
  • Lead project coordination, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks stay on track
  • Create reports, presentations, and other materials for executive discussions
  • Arrange travel, plan events, and assist with special projects as needed
