Summary

Requirements
- Professional verbal and written skills, especially for handling inbound calls and emails
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and document management systems, such as SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail in compiling reports, logging queries, managing records and recording minutes of meetings
- Enthusiastic, organised with a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth day-to-day functions by co-ordinating workflows, managing documentation, and resolving administrative bottlenecks
- This may involve arranging meetings, diary management, taking minutes and action points at those meetings, as well as helping out with purchase orders and expenses
- Review and improve business processes for better productivity and compliance
- Collate, analyse, and present operational data to support informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance reports
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, responding to queries or redirecting as appropriate
- Monitor and manage the info@ inbox to ensure timely and accurate responses, escalating issues when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in the process of becoming ISO accredited would be useful
