Requirements

  • Higher education or similar
  • Demonstrated strong sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated coaching experience
  • Exposure in driving operational performance
  • Proven record of accomplishment in a sales-oriented setting, displaying expertise in sales methodologies and tactics
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Exposure to data analysis
  • Experience using CRM and telephony systems daily to direct Advisor activities
  • Highly developed computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding listening and comprehension skills
  • Adaptability to accommodate varying shifts across a range of hours
  • Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of ~10 Sales Advisors
  • Drive individual and team success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead by example, ensuring your team operates with a customer-first mentality and delivers exceptional service to prospective students
  • Provide hands-on ongoing coaching and development to your team, fostering the development of consultative sales skills and empowering sales advisors to confidently guide prospective students through their decision-making process
  • Inspire your team to strive for excellence by creating a motivating, energetic, and results-oriented environment and lead by example in fostering a positive attitude, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Regularly recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements, developing team-wide recognition initiatives that promote collaboration, healthy competition, and a sense of pride in collective success
