Requirements

  • 3 years in digital marketing with a core focus on Google Ads and lead generation
  • Proven experience managing performance-focused campaigns across multiple verticals
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, ad testing frameworks, and conversion tracking
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword planning tools
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign management, copywriting, and optimization tasks

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
  • Set clear goals, budgets, and bidding strategies
  • Optimize performance using Google Ads, Analytics, and AI-supported tools to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
  • Leverage AI platforms to speed up keyword research, ad copy generation, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Use automation to scale what works and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Build and manage high-intent audiences using CRM data, behavior insights, and platform tools
  • Implement smart retargeting strategies to re-engage qualified prospects
  • Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and user intent
  • Recommend layout, copy, and CTA improvements to drive conversions and reduce bounce rates
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives
  • Tailor messaging to funnel stages and audience segments using responsive and dynamic formats
  • Deliver concise, actionable reports with performance insights and growth opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams via Slack, Meet, and project tools to keep campaigns aligned with client goals
