Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in media planning, digital advertising, and social media marketing
  • Expertise in social media advertising, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our social media marketing platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific marketing goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and platform updates to effectively position our product
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for the client, including traditional media (TV, radio, print) and digital channels (social media, search, display, programmatic, influencer marketing, etc.)
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
  • Conduct audience research and leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance and meet the client requirements
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising best practices
  • Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with international brands or large-scale media campaigns
