Advertising Operations Associate

Summary

Join Wunderkind, a performance marketing solution company, as an Ad Operations Associate to support Programmatic Account Managers. Traffic and test ad tags, manage creative requests, assist with reporting, create deals and implement custom site lists across SSPs, maintain site lists, generate screenshots, and pull avails to estimate scale. Relevant experience is preferred but comprehensive training is provided. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, a self-starter, and strong organizer, able to prioritize multiple projects. Based in New York City, the role requires 1+ years of digital ad operations experience, proficiency in XLS, and experience with ad serving and demand-side platforms. The salary range is $55,000 to $65,000.

• Interest in programmatic advertising and eagerness to learn
• Must be based in New York City
• 1+ years digital ad operations experience
• Proficient in XLS
• Experience working with ad serving and demand side platforms

Responsibilities

• Traffic and test ad tags
• Manage creative request process with design team
• Assist with reporting and developing decks for wrap-up and QBR meetings
• Create deals and implement custom site lists across several different SSPs
• Maintain site lists for deals as new sites are added to the publisher network
• Generate screenshots and create screenshot decks
• Pull avails to estimate scale in our PMP based on specific targeting

Preferred Qualifications

Agency experience, experience with high Impact/video, and/or DSP-specific knowledge
