Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial-related roles, such as business development, operations, sales, or related fields
• Experience working in fast-growth startups or scale-ups
• Advanced English level: Fluent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Analyze game revenue and profit and make strategic decisions in the team on where to expand games
• Book game times with facilities, schedule payments, add games to the app, and make sure every game has the right format and information advertised
• Monitor and improve the overall player experience and product, focusing on match quality and app usability
• Build relationships with facility managers and ensure excellent client support
• Investigate and identify potential issues that come up at the games, and communicate effectively with the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical background, tech-savvy, and an intermediate level of Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills quickly
• Problem solver and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to meet goals and KPIs within deadlines
• Passionate about sports
