Summary
Join iVisa's growing global team as our Affiliate Marketing Manager! Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years working with full-time responsibility for affiliate marketing in a conversion-oriented environment, such as e-commerce, lead generation or similar
- Demonstrated experience driving improvements in affiliate program design or recruitment campaigns, which resulted in increased revenue or profitability
- Good working understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, including tracking and attribution systems, commission structures, and recruitment and onboarding
- Experience working with at least one major affiliate network, such as AWIN / Shareasale, CJ, Partnerize, etc
- Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets into understandable levers to improve business performance
- Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones
- A passion for travel and global cultures
Responsibilities
- Lead our affiliate channel, and deliver against quarterly targets for revenue and gross profit
- Own the design of our affiliate program, evaluate effectiveness of our affiliate partner relationships and in-market campaigns, and make recommendations for program improvements as needed
- Own the day-to-day relationships with our existing network of affiliate partners, and look for ways to collaborate on driving revenue growth, with win/win/win outcomes for our company, our partners, and our end customers
- Explore ways to target, recruit, and onboard productive new affiliates, through affiliate networks and in direct relationships. Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on KPIβs and approach to budget allocation, spend and results management
- Be a key contributor in helping define the affiliate creative strategy and identify opportunities for growth through creative, coordinate resources to deliver against creative requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Own the platforms and partnerships necessary to deliver affiliate revenue at scale
- Use strong business acumen to help prioritize business objectives
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth
