Summary
Join Paystone as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist and lead the strategy for our affiliate program. You will be responsible for recruiting and engaging high-potential affiliate partners, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance, and leveraging data to drive growth. This fully remote position, open to Latin American candidates, requires 2-4 years of B2B affiliate program management experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute directly to Paystone's success. Requirements
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling B2B affiliate programs
- A proven track record of driving sales growth through affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Rakuten, Commission Junction)
- Data-driven mindset β you know how to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Exceptional relationship-building skills β you thrive on engaging and motivating affiliate partners
- Strategic thinker β you can optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and drive measurable results
Responsibilities
- Lead and own Paystoneβs affiliate marketing strategy, serving as the key point of contact for affiliate partners
- Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential affiliates to expand our reach and increase revenue
- Manage the full affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to campaign execution and performance analysis
- Track, analyze, and fine-tune affiliate campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and budget
- Design creative incentive programs that attract new partners and optimize existing ones
- Leverage insights to identify trends, adjust strategies, and continuously improve affiliate program efficiency
- Forecast and drive key growth metrics, including acquisition, CAC, ROI, and LTV
- Negotiate ad placements, collaborate with affiliates, and refine program structures to maximize impact
- Partner with product, business intelligence, and marketing teams to align affiliate efforts with company-wide goals
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the home services and/or SaaS industry is a plus
