You will own all paid acquisition, crafting and executing a world-class growth strategy, managing significant budgets across platforms like Meta and Google Ads. This role requires scaling budgets to six figures monthly, across multiple geographies, and a deep understanding of KPIs and ROAS. You will collaborate with the creative team, audit and optimize tracking, and ideate new ad angles. Requirements

• Have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns on web and app
• Have successfully scaled budgets to 6 figures monthly, and ideally across multiple geographies
• Live by KPIs and ROAS —you’re analytical and data-driven
• Be confident in auditing and optimizing tracking , ensuring clean and reliable attribution; Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Platforms have no secret for you
• Be a creative thinker who can ideate and test new ad angles, formats, and targeting
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers, video editors, and stakeholders to craft converting creatives
• Have a strong interest in personal finance and are curious about Finary’s mission

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a world-class growth strategy for paid acquisition
• Manage significant budgets across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, and beyond)
• Lead experimentation across geographies and channels
• Collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to produce high-performing ads

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Amplitude, affiliate or influencer marketing
• Have worked in mobile-first environments (apps, gaming, fintech, etc.)
• Be comfortable leveraging AI & LLM tools to scale creative production or analysis
• Bring a “pirate mindset” : unconventional ideas, bold experiments, and sharp testing loops
