Influencer Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join FXSwede AB as their Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale their TikTok Shop affiliate program. This fully remote role focuses on recruiting beauty creators, guiding them through the affiliate process, and collaborating to generate 350-500 videos monthly. You will drive sales, build relationships, and help make Tress a top seller on TikTok Shop. The company is remote-first, fast-growing, and values employee growth. They offer a multinational environment and encourage new ideas. FXSwede was founded by two entrepreneurs aiming to build a better Amazon-style business.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns (1+ year required)
• Strong network or knowledge of US beauty and lifestyle creators on TikTok
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Experience with creator platforms/tools (mainly TikTok Creator Marketplace)
• Highly organized and data-driven; able to track hundreds of creators and deliver results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Creative mindset and ability to pitch compelling campaign ideas to influencers

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators for our affiliate program
• Manage outreach across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, affiliate tools, email, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with creators—ensuring timely content creation and performance tracking
• Collaborate with creators on content briefs, messaging, and usage rights
• Track video output, sales impact, and optimize for growth
• Provide weekly performance reporting and insights
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, affiliate campaigns, and beauty/lifestyle niches

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with U.S.-based DTC or beauty brands
