Affiliate Support Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of customer support or sales
• Availability to work during set hours during probation, later - flexible hours
• Great English language and communication skills
• Interest in digital marketing (understanding how affiliate marketing works)
• Having a positive and professional attitude toward relationship management
• Great time management and planning skills
• Continuous learning and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues affiliates may face with tracking links, reports, and platform access
• Assist affiliates with payment-related inquiries
• Ensure Billing invoices are generated and provided to the finance department on time
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs, business models, and goals
• Act as a point of contact for any queries or escalations, ensuring a proactive approach to affiliate success
