Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must speak English fluently
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and address challenges creatively
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Have a drive for self-improvement and be able to take feedback

Responsibilities

• Manage the affiliation setup of our internal assets through the central platform
• Collaborate closely with the other Stakeholders to ensure success
• Update and maintain the customer database and records
• Analyze data and identify errors for correction
• Provide support for other operational efforts and ad hoc duties as needed
• Lead training sessions for new team members within your area of expertise
• Set up new clients, advertisers, and publishers for Raketech
• Provide a variety of support duties for publishers and advertisers
• Adapt to a workflow that fluctuates between monotonous tasks and special projects
