Requirements

  • Proven experience of 2-4 years in marketing, advertising, or related roles
  • 2 Year Experience as a business analysis or scrum master
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of agile marketing plans and strategies
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events
  • Collaborate with internal teams using agile methodologies to gather marketing collateral and assets for campaigns
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting and graphic design
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and report on the performance of campaigns
  • Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Coordinate/communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries
