Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in transformation management or a similar role, with a focus on AI
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or AI-related certifications
• Experience with AI data analysis and performance monitoring tools
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven transformation strategies that align with organizational goals
