Summary
Join Trility as a Microsoft Alliance Manager to drive our partnership with Microsoft and maximize capabilities across Data & AI, Digital and App Modernization, and Infrastructure. This strategic role requires developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, managing relationships with Microsoft representatives, and leading the renewal and advancement of our Microsoft partnership status. You will coordinate with internal teams, develop joint marketing and sales strategies, and track key performance indicators. Requirements
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliance roles
- Deep understanding of Microsoft's cloud technologies, particularly Azure, Fabric, Purview, and related platforms
- Proven track record of growing partner-led revenue and expanding partnership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's partner program structures and progression paths
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Knowledge of modern application development approaches
- Understanding of data platform and AI/ML technologies
- Insight into hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with Microsoft to expand our collaborative business opportunities
- Manage and strengthen the relationship with Microsoft account executives, technical teams, and partner management resources
- Lead the renewal and advancement of our Microsoft partnership status, ensuring we meet and exceed all partner program requirements
- Coordinate across internal SMEs to align our service offerings with Microsoft's strategic go-to-market priorities
- Develop joint marketing and sales strategies to increase visibility and drive revenue through Microsoft's partner ecosystem
- Track and report on partnership key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline generation, deal registration, and revenue growth
- Manage administrative process for securing funding for client initiatives
- Represent our organization at Microsoft partner events, conferences, and technical workshops
- Support pre-sales activities by providing partnership leverage for complex enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to build compelling Microsoft-aligned service propositions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with systems integrators or technology consulting firms is preferred
