Summary
Join ActiveProspect as an Alliance Partnership Manager and play a key role in expanding our home services partnerships program. This position focuses on building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, developing tailored engagement strategies, and ensuring partner success. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships, conducting regular performance reviews, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in partner management or business development within the home services or lead generation industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements
- Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the home services or lead generation space
- Strong understanding of the home services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute on partnership initiatives to drive business growth
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze partner performance and develop actionable insights
