Amazon Account Manager

Summary

The job involves managing Amazon FBA listings, coordinating with manufacturers and 3PLs, analyzing supply chain logistics processes, monitoring inventory levels, troubleshooting issues within Amazon/Walmart, updating forecasts, and working with creative/marketing teams for new product launches. The candidate should have at least 2 years of operations experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management, as well as 2+ years of experience directly managing an Amazon 3P using Seller Central. They must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and have a quiet home office or equivalent with fast wifi.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience working on demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management
• 2+ years of experience directly managing an Amazon 3P working with Seller Central
• Extensive skill with Google Sheets or Excel - **THERE WILL BE A TEST**
• You will be working directly with the USA based team (can work EST Hours 9-6PM are required)
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Remote Work - Quiet home office or equivalent with fast wifi is a must

Responsibilities

• Heavily involved in the day to day management of Amazon FBA listings
• Fixing images/product detail pages/variations
• Placing orders with manufacturers and ensuring that there is adequate stock across all sales channels
• Coordinate import containers with manufacturers, Freight Forwarders and 3PL
• Analytically review, track and report on all supply chain logistics processes, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory
• Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment shipments into Amazon US, UK, CAD, Walmart, and our 3PL to keep products in stock
• Troubleshooting issues within Amazon/Walmart including, lost inventory, product detail page updates, variation creations, etc
• Responsible for updating the weekly/monthly forecasts
• Work internally with creative/marketing teams to coordinate new product launches
