Requirements

  • 3+ years' progressive experience in retail, CPG, digital merchandising/eCommerce channels, or client/account management with Amazon and/or merchant experience strongly preferred
  • High level of attention to detail, data integrity, and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors to influence outcomes
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and the constant change that comes with operating in the fast-moving, ever-changing world of e-commerce
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting and exceeding established goals and deadlines; manage work in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel as well as Vendor & Seller Central platforms

Responsibilities

  • Work as a liaison between vendors and Amazon platforms, managing operational issues such as disputing & root-causing chargebacks, creating and executing Amazon shipments, addressing shipping challenges, monitoring account health performance and remedies, and developing and executing content strategies
  • Speak as the client-facing point of contact for all operational and content-related conversations and provide proactive client communication on issue resolution
  • Responsible for business analytics including reporting and forecasting to provide performance data, business drivers, and actionable insights to vendors
  • Build strong relationships with internal & external partners to help support profitable sales growth and excellent customer client support
  • Develop and execute a content strategy to optimize clients’ results and enhance customers’ online retail experience (NIS templates, bulk image uploads, etc)
  • Audit detail page content, analyze competitor products in the market and suggest improvements for our clients
  • Draft and refine detailed descriptive copy and content with internal and external clients and teams; oversee creation and execution of proper product variations (ie. size, color, style groupings), audit and update existing vendor catalog attributes
  • Manage follow-through and audits of all product content submissions until updates are approved and live on-site
  • Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for content optimization; audit product detail page content and propose recommendations for client content updates
  • Research SEO keywords to help surface the products to more customers
