Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Strong understanding of marketing operation systems, with familiarity in platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, and CaliberMind
  • Ability to think critically, identify business challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, and Fivetran for data integration and management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools to deliver clear insights and reports

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges, data requirements, and marketing goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and implement monitoring systems and KPIs to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing operations and campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Build and manage customized data visualizations and dashboards to provide clients with real-time reporting and forecasting tools
  • Design and implement data models that support key client business functions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across marketing systems
  • Train and support client teams on best practices for using data visualization and analytics tools to drive strategic decisions
  • Continuously evaluate data integration opportunities and recommend efficient solutions to optimize marketing processes and data workflows for clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to data science, statistical modeling techniques, and APIs
  • Experience with attribution models and an understanding of how to use data to drive marketing decision-making
