Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in an analytical role working with modern data platforms
  • Have strong SQL and data modelling skills, and have experience using dbt to build models
  • Have experience creating dashboards to enable diagnostic analysis and value-driving insights
  • Have experience working with analytics in a B2B SaaS company, particularly in commercial domains like Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Have experience working with cloud-based data warehouse platforms, such as Redshift, Snowflake or BigQuery

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the business to understand their objectives and help them make the best use of our data through reports, dashboards and integrations with other tools
  • Build clean, intuitive and reusable data models in our data warehouse to underpin the insights you deliver
  • Understand and document concepts from across the org and use these to help standardise terminology and reduce data silos
  • Develop a deep understanding of how our product works to facilitate cohesive and effective collaboration with other departments
  • Work with other members of the data team and teams across the business to collect and feed data into our platform
  • Use software engineering best practices to govern our data platform, including version control, automated testing and CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
  • Have experience working with DevOps practices and tools, including version control, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing and CI/CD
  • Experience in product ownership roles, understanding the needs of users and prioritising technical work that will efficiently address those needs

Benefits

  • Salary is Β£70k - Β£90k (depending on experience)
