Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with a proven track record in fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performance analytics teams
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation
  • Exceptional ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsβ€”must be assertive, proactive, and business-focused

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and data professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous learning
  • Maintain a balanced approach with 50% strategic oversight and 50% hands-on execution to align analytics initiatives with business objectives
  • Develop real-time analytics and predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Establish robust KPIs and measurement frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency
  • Own and enhance attribution models, performance dashboards, and reporting automation while ensuring data integrity
  • Leverage advanced analytics technologies, AI, machine learning, and automation to drive innovation
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to improve analytics processes and outcomes
  • Ensure data workflows are optimized for accuracy and efficiency while adhering to privacy regulations
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity to support scalable and compliant business operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce-based businesses
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, predictive modeling, and machine learning applications in business analytics
