APAC Marketing Manager

Summary

We are seeking an APAC Marketing and Community Manager to drive marketing efforts in the APAC region, focusing on strategy development, content creation, social media management, community engagement, and more. The candidate should have at least 5 years of marketing experience in the APAC region, with a focus on Web3 for 1-2 years.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, focusing on the APAC region
• 1-2 years of experience in Web3, demonstrating a solid understanding of the ecosystem
• Fluency and strong writing ability in Chinese (native proficiency is a plus) and English
• Proven experience in content creation and community management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness in the APAC region
• Coordinate and manage regional external marketing and community contributors
• Use data analytic tools to study market trends and monitor community engagement
• Create compelling content for social media channels
• Coordinate and host Twitter spaces and AMAs for the APAC community
• Build and nurture future community ambassadors in APAC to drive long term sustainable community programs
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and community engagement
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with global marketing strategies

A strong understanding of Chinese culture is highly desirable
