Summary

ThoroughCare, Inc. is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a full-time position in their Customer Success department. The role involves providing support for their software platform, developing expertise in Medicare, MACRA, and associated Care Management and Wellness programs, and working with the software development team to address issues. A college degree or equivalent work experience is required, and additional skills such as understanding of relational database technologies, knowledge of Ruby on Rails, and experience with Data Visualization platforms are beneficial.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Develop and maintain basic knowledge of Medicare, MACRA and associated Care Management and Wellness programs (including CCM, AWV, TCM, RPM, BHI)
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the ThoroughCare platform

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to verified client representatives and/or end users for all functionalities provided through the ThoroughCare software platform
• Work with software development team to address escalated application questions and confirmed software defects
