Requirements

• At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
• A webcam
• Noise-canceling USB Headset
• Quiet, Dedicated Home Office

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with the client’s services, marketing strategies, and customer relations by reviewing client websites and materials
• Respond to leads promptly—within 30 minutes during office hours—and send tailored follow-ups via email and text, highlighting key pain points. For inquiries outside of office hours, respond within 12 hours (from 9 am - 7:30 pm PST)
• Engage homeowners/decision-makers through phone conversations to understand their needs and gather details on how they heard about the client’s services (e.g., email, text, postcard, referral)
• Explore the homeowner's current energy challenges, listen to their concerns, and convey confidence that the company can provide a solution, pending home qualification for solar readiness
• Offer flexible appointment times (day, evening, or weekend) and reconfirm the best contact information for both the homeowner and the assigned sales representative
• Maintain detailed notes and update the CRM to ensure seamless communication between you and the field sales team
