Summary

Requirements
- Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery
- Maintain professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets
- Familiar with virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM) and comfortable working remotely
- Must be open to feedback and teamwork
- Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet
- Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work
- Available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with the primary goal of scheduling appointments
- Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience during every interaction
- Identify and qualify potential leads to align with the companyβs target market and business goals
- Perform all duties remotely, utilizing virtual tools for communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions using CRM software or tracking systems
- Work closely with the team to align strategies, improve processes, and meet business development goals
Preferred Qualifications
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
