Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and appointment-setting
• Strong, engaging, and professional communication skills
• Ability to stay composed and persuasive under pressure
• Comfortable using CRM tools and call-tracking software
• Proactive and disciplined in a fully remote setting

Responsibilities

• Cold Call & Appointment Setting
• Make outbound calls to engage decision-makers and set appointments
• Overcome objections effectively and confidently
• Ensure a high conversion rate from calls to held meetings
• Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure a high attendance rate for scheduled calls
• Log all calls, notes, and appointments accurately in the CRM
• Track outreach performance and adjust strategies as needed
