Summary

Join a well-established print and marketing services provider as a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative. This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires driving sales, building client relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will make high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM, and follow up with prospects. Success is measured by meeting appointment targets, generating high-quality leads, and effective communication. The ideal candidate possesses sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a resilient, goal-oriented attitude.

Requirements

  • Have minimum of 1+ year in an outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role
  • Possess a strong drive to meet targets with a performance-based mindset
  • Be fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Have the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads, introducing services and securing appointments for sales representatives
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on set criteria, ensuring that appointments are with decision-makers and fit client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
  • Engage with warm leads and follow up with previous prospects to reintroduce services and book appointments
  • Utilize proven call scripts and adapt messaging based on prospect responses
