Requirements

  • Demonstrate success dedicating several hours daily to high-volume cold calling, ideally with parallel dialer experience (e.g., Orum, PowerDialer, SalesLoft)
  • Possess strong communication skills to quickly capture attention and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Be capable of juggling multiple call lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates without compromising quality
  • Exhibit a strong desire for professional growth and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate 4–6 hours per day to cold calls using parallel dialer technology to actively prospect and qualify leads
  • Approach every call with the goal of moving the revenue needleβ€”leads are never just a number
  • Take anywhere from 4-12 intro calls daily, with the end goal of qualifying them and booking them into a demo

Preferred Qualifications

Have previous B2B sales experience
