Join our client, a rapidly growing digital ad agency, as a part-time, fully remote Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will manage outbound sales outreach using provided scripts, focusing on setting qualified appointments with marketing decision-makers. Responsibilities include lead generation, data enrichment, lead qualification, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and outreach tools. Bonus points for marketing or advertising backgrounds and experience with specific tools. The application process involves completing an application form and recording a video showcasing your skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Strong verbal and written English (native preferred, slight accent okay if communication is excellent)
- Confident and persuasive communicator, especially with marketing executives (e.g., CMOs, VPs)
- Familiar with ClickUp and/or Apollo.io (or similar outreach tools)
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Manage Outreach Sequences
- Run and manage pre-written outbound email, SMS, and cold call scripts (no original copywriting needed)
- Monitor engagement (opens, clicks, replies) and share insights with your manager
- Suggest optimizations based on performance—updates will be made collaboratively
- Log detailed records in the CRM (e.g., Apollo, ClickUp)
- Prospecting & Research
- Identify leads across target verticals (furniture, real estate, healthcare, retail)
- Enrich lead data with details like company size and decision-maker contacts
- Stay up to date with trends to personalize messaging
- Lead Qualification
- Ask smart questions to qualify leads based on ideal customer criteria
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the strategy/sales team
- Keep CRM up to date with notes, lead status, and follow-ups
- Team Collaboration
- Meet regularly with your manager for daily standups and guidance
- Share insights from lead interactions to help iterate strategy
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams for smooth handoffs
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in marketing, advertising, or working with ad agencies
- Experience using Apollo, Seamless.AI , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
