Responsibilities

  • Consistently provide an exceptional experience to anyone you interact with by embodying what our teams, guests, residents, and partners should think of as a trusted friend, subject matter expert, and local insider
  • Foster a 'one team' mentality by collaborating effectively with all property and non-property leaders and team members contributing to a cohesive and supportive work environment
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for leaders, team members, and guests by adhering to and driving accountability for established Placemakr and property-specific policies and procedures, including emergency protocols, attendance policies, and conduct expectations
  • Embody Placemakr leadership competencies by driving accountability, developing, motivating, challenging, and engaging your team of General and/or Operations Managers, ensuring excellence in people leadership, operations, and finances of your properties
  • Observe and provide support to your team of leaders, ensuring all on-site team members receive clear expectations and an understanding of their performance and development
  • In partnership with property and non-property leadership, provide initial and ongoing training for your leaders on Placemakr people, operational, and financial SOPs and programs
  • Collaborate with senior property leaders and PX team to ideate and drive execution of people-related initiatives that will support hiring, engagement, retention, and development of all property team members
  • In tandem with your leaders and cross-functional partners, collaborate with Placemakr's PX and TA teams on talent acquisition efforts, including driving process consistency and engaging in grassroots or in-person recruiting initiatives to hire top talent
  • Assess areas of opportunity in people, operations, and finances across your portfolio by observing your teams and utilizing Placemakr systems or reporting
  • Use an outside-the-box mindset to find solutions that support Placemakr brand standards and provide hands-on assistance for on-site issues that require escalated leadership or expertise
  • Collaborate with senior property leaders and cross-functional team members, including Centralized and Off-Site Operations, FAA, Business Analytics, and Tech Ops leaders to ideate and drive operational, reporting, and financial efficacy initiatives across all Placemakr properties
  • Drive NOI and overall financial success of your properties by guiding your General and Operations Managers in budgetary efficiency and analyzing and optimizing spend/save based on property-specific initiatives
  • Own all partner and owner relations for your owned properties, including presenting monthly financials and communicating business updates effectively
