Summary

Join BONESUPPORT, a rapidly growing medical technology company, as their Area Sales Manager in the Benelux region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will independently manage sales of bone substitutes to hospitals. This role requires experience selling medical devices within the Dutch hospital system, specifically in orthobiologics, trauma, orthopedics, or vascular surgery. You will need anatomical knowledge, experience assisting in operating rooms, and a strong network within the target fields. Requirements

  • Experience selling products in the field of Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or vascular is required
  • Experience within Dutch hospitals
  • Experience selling Medical Devices
  • Experience assisting in an OR and supporting physicians during procedures
  • Ability to work independently
  • Network in the aforementioned fields
  • Anatomical knowledge of the skeleton
  • Fluent Dutch and English

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer visits
  • Support medical personnel with direct product use/product training and/or assist in surgeries in the OR
  • Build sustainable relationships with physicians and KOLs
  • Implement strategies to achieve growth and market share gains
  • Plan and execute workshops
  • Monitor KPIs and report monthly
  • Help or support your colleagues where possible
  • Prepare and communicate forecasts
  • Maintain daily activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Inform and convince potential and existing users of the advantages and uniqueness of CERAMENT (BoneSupport's product)
  • Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team
  • Follow procedures according to the documented quality system, BONESUPPORT policy, as well as applicable laws and regulations
  • Suggest improvements
  • Report deviations, product complaints, and product feedback
