Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts & qualified plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies, strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and resourceful
• Must be able to sit and/or stand in an office or remote setting for long periods of time while working

Responsibilities

• Review and update client account information including, but not limited to, monthly valuation data, LLC dissolutions, and assets in receivership
• Identify and assess client’s submissions to achieve compliant results
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain records of client submissions, process client requests and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization
