Summary

Join Payoneer's HR team as an HR Operations Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for employees. You will be responsible for preparing onboarding paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and providing ongoing support to new hires. Additionally, you will manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies are key aspects of this role. You will also serve as a point of contact for candidates, collecting feedback to improve the candidate experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in HR Ops or a related field.

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in HR Ops, onboarding, offboarding, or a related HR function
  • Hands-on knowledge of policy administration, compensation, and payroll
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare compliant paperwork, documentation, and systems access for new hires
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and procedures
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires, addressing questions and concerns
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on offboarding laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with payroll and local vendors for accurate final pay and timely deregistration
  • Manage the offboarding lifecycle, including documentation and return of company assets
  • Coordinate with IT and internal teams to ensure a smooth exit process
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Stay updated on local employment laws and industry standards
  • Be the point of contact for candidates during onboarding and offboarding
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Deliver exceptional support and service throughout the process
