Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar GTM support function in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CRM hygiene best practices
- A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, and Enablement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills β you can simplify complex workflows and make documentation digestible
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve rapidly
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inbound support requests from the sales team via the #sales channel, ensuring timely triage and resolution
- Serve as a central point of coordination for sales admin needs, escalating where necessary
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity through consistent hygiene practices and audits
- Own internal documentation updates related to sales processes, rules of engagement, and system workflows
- Build and maintain audit processes to ensure high compliance across sales workflows
- Identify recurring manual tasks and recommend automation opportunities
- Support implementation and maintenance of AI tools and process automations that streamline rep and manager workflows
- Assist in the planning and operational updates of staffing schedules, headcount planning, and capacity adjustments
- Enable team enablement by ensuring process documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Partner with RevOps analysts to surface trends from compliance, channel activity, or staffing data to identify friction and optimization opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or similar platforms)
