Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining workflows that improve the efficiency of product development and delivery processes
- Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to align goals and remove roadblocks
- Help manage internal tools like Jira, Confluence, and other productivity platforms, ensuring they are optimised for team use
- Monitor operational challenges and collaborate with the team to resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Gather and organise feedback from stakeholders, contributing to process and product improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and scalability
- Provide assistance to ensure smooth product launches
- Fundamentally investigate and process / block flagged accounts manually
- Set up and document a full fraud review process
