Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, project management software and accounting systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time and some overnight travel wioll be required
  • At least 2 years experience in the construction industry
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and be able to work in the United States
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Manages the direction of construction projects
  • Supports the development of project guidelines
  • Initiates communication with clients, contracts, and or vendors
  • Maintains schedules for construction crews to ensure all projects are adequately staffed
  • Evaluates job sites to ensure inspection standards are achieved
  • Assists with contract proposals, development, and approval
  • Oversees construction progress to determine the status of completion
  • Reviews inventory, and financial statements to ensure cost containment
  • Evaluates machinery, tools or other resources to coordinate maintenance, and repairs
  • Directly work with Construction Project Manger to ensure EquipmentShare’s locations are designed effectively per a quarterly audit of Standard Criteria Plans
  • Must have the ability to be hands-on at your construction sites
