Summary

The Assistant Finance Administrator manages client invoicing and payments in Scorpion's fast-paced accounting department. This role requires 6 months to 1 year of billing and collections experience or equivalent education, proficiency in ERP & CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets & Docs, Adobe Acrobat functionality, and basic Sage Intacct knowledge. Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year of billing and collections experience or equivalent relevant higher education experience in payroll/accounting courses
• Technology: Savvy with ERP & CRM systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc), Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets & Docs, Basic Adobe Acrobat functionality, and Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar software
• 10-key by touch

Responsibilities

• Manage client invoices and payments
• Respond to both client and internal requests quickly and with high-quality communication
• Participate in a significant amount of inter-departmental coordination with our account managers and sales representatives
• Perform data entry/generation with high attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Previous finance internships in a corporate environment or 2+ years of customer service experience
